“The property location was perfect, close to lots of things. When we arrived we discovered the toilet was broken and the tv remote was missing. Communication was great to get these things fixed and replaced however the toilet never got fixed and communication deteriorated in regards to this. The property wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped, especially considering we had a small child staying with us who spent most of their time playing on the floor. Overall it served its purpose for our stay,……

“Good things: Property is located in a safe area and easy to navigate to public transportation. The style of the apartment is modern. Kids enjoyed the pool/sauna. Bad Things: The cleaner used only cleans superficially. I looked for any missed items under the bed and found a dusty pacifier from previous guests. The couch is disgusting and needs replaced. (Don’t look under it when the foot test is raised). It is stained by hair products and dirt. Carpets also have stains. The……
