“They have changed us to another Ilord Best Western hotel when we checked in due to the maintenance of our room. It was too sudden and didn't inform us in advance. I was frustrated at first because we were worried that the other hotel won't be closer than the original one. Luckily, this is closer to the Ilford station as well. So, I didn't think I should complain about it even the hotel hasn't given us prior notice. It's still a good choice if you have tight budget.”

"The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake.
