“An absolutely incredible place to stay, with gorgeous river views and even a lake. We stayed in a barrel which was so comfortable, I really did not want to get out of bed!
The owner and others on the farm are kind, warming and helpful, and are clearly working hard to build an amazing space.
I just wish I could have stayed longer!”

“Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. “Excellent well equiped house ideal for all age groups. So much space for 13 of us. Bedrooms worked well for each family group with their own bathroom. Location was great for Woolacombe sands, Ilfracombe, Lynton and Lynmouth as so many more lovely places.Outdoor space is fantastic if the weather is good.....great table and chairs to eat outside for BBQ or pizza facilities.Would definately recommend this house.”

“I booked online and then researched the Holiday Park after (slightly backwards way of doing it) but I’m glad I didn’t take all the reviews too seriously, I’ve stayed in far worse hotels than this. Obviously late December is definitely not peak season either but still enough people about. The kids loved the pool and there was an on duty life guard and cafe. Our apartment was nice too. If I could give 1 bit of feedback it’s that the changing room for the pool is an open 1 room which the boys……
