This bright and friendly furnished holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a charming holiday home in the idyllic village of Neviđane on the island of Pašman - just about 50 metres from the sea and the nearest pebble beach. The location offers the perfect combination of tranquillity, relaxation and proximity to nature.
The apartment is ideal for families or couples and offers space for up to six people. On approximately 56 m², you will find two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – as well as a living and dining area with a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove, microwave, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils – everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes.
From the balcony with a magnificent sea view, you can let your gaze wander over the Adriatic and enjoy relaxed hours outdoors - whether during breakfast in the morning sun or with a glass of wine in the evening.
The equipment of the apartment also includes air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi, so you can stay perfectly connected even on holiday. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a private parking space directly at the house. Pets can also be brought upon request (for a fee).
The holiday home accommodates a total of four apartments, whose guests are allowed to share the garden area with barbecue facilities - ideal for winding down the day comfortably. The landlords also live in the house and are available to help with advice and assistance if needed, without disturbing the guests' privacy.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, shopping opportunities, and the town centre, which you can conveniently reach on foot. The island of Pašman is a true natural paradise - characterized by Mediterranean vegetation, crystal-clear water, and numerous hiking and cycling paths. Activities such as swimming, snorkelling, sailing, boat trips, or fishing are also popular here.
Thanks to the bridge connection to the neighbouring island of Ugljan and the ferry connection to Zadar, Pašman is easily accessible and yet far enough away to enjoy peace and originality.
