“On Expedia we click for hotels with shuttle service. So we decided on this one. Well when we asked about how to get shuttle from airport. They said they didn’t have one. And could set us up with one for 80 Euros each way. So we contacted Expedia about this problem. They said they would look into it. So far nothing back. We asked for refund because listing was misleading about shuttle. So far nothing back Expedia or hotel. Very disappointed in both.”

“The room was lovely. A few problems —there was only one light switch for all 5 lights, there was no coffee table nor extra chair in the ‘living rm’ space, TV orientated to the bed. A major issue was no coffee maker in the room. A difficulty with the location is that there is no transportation except very expensive taxis/Uber cars to get to Tivoli and surrounding sites.”
