“We loved the convenience of this townhouse. It's near several things, is beautifully maintained, and the owner is responsive and extremely accommodating. We'll absolutely be keeping this place in mind the next time we visit!!”

“Very happy with our stay. The place was clean and spacious. Easy to get to Bentonville. Highly recommend.”

“Had everything needed for a comfortable stay!”

“Great home away from gome.”

“We chose The Garage for the backyard as we had our dogs with us.It is large and beautiful! The whole property is very nice!”

“The property was great for our short stay in the Bentonville area. Very quiet area despite how close it is to the interstate. The backyard is adjacent to great biking/hiking trails.”

“Perfect long weekend for my son and I to ride bikes- easy access to all the trails and hot spots- loved it”

“Property is fairly new and well appointed. The view from high above the lake is beautiful and the hosts ( who are on site) couldn't have been more gracious. It was a lovely stay.”

“Exceptionally clean, wonderful balconies, the community is terrific (hiking, playgrounds, pools, etc.)”

“We were coming to town for a concert at the Momentary and the one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It's the perfect walk to the Momentary, so we didn't need pay for parking. The aesthetic of the decor was beautiful, and felt like a home away from home. I also enjoyed that our unit had a dedicated parking spot, making it easy to find parking and get our car unloaded. Anything that peeks our interest for the Momentary, this will now be our go to place.”

“This was the cleanest vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s located in a nice, centralized neighborhood and has large bedrooms, a huge master bath & great water pressure. The mattresses are quite firm. Some of us loved them and some did not, so if that isn’t your preference, be warned. The host gave clear instructions, stayed in contact with us, and made the check-out procedure very simple (far less onerous than some of our past experiences). We would happily stay here again!”

“This property was NOT as expected. The primary bedroom had dirty, stained sheets with popcorn kernels all over. There is nowhere to just relax. The single couch in the living room wouldn’t have been big enough for toddlers. The TV in the living room is ancient, barely could connect to the mediocre WiFi, and only 32”. We visited during a very warm time and the portable air conditioners couldn’t get the house below 81 degrees. Not to mention they were so loud that you couldn’t attempt to watch tv……

“Such a great stay!!! First sell - dog friendly and a great outdoor space for ours to run around :) Second major sell - having full access to the garage for all our outdoor toys. Third sell - you could not beat the price for what all this house had to offer in terms of comfort, space, privacy, and supplies. And the location was perfect - out of town, but a quick drive to wherever you wanted to go. The house was clean, cozy, and homey! The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Back deck is a great……

“This was an amazing rental home with all the “creature comforts” at your disposal. They truly thought of any and all needs you might have. It was “squeaky clean” in all areas. The host was very good with communication throughout the period from when I booked until the actual stay-prior, during and after. When in the Bella Vista region again, will definitely book with this particular provider.”

“Great house close to downtown and bike paths.”

“Perfect location!”
