Very nice room and a fantastic view. The room was big and had two tv’s. The restaurant seems to forget that tourists don’t speak Dutch. The server was hard to reach but the food was nice.

櫃檯人員有待加強服務態度
整體來說還不錯，但是飯店人員不是很積極，我在15:00 check-in，可能太準時了，櫃檯人員打電話上去詢問房間好了嗎，然後說再請我們稍等五分鐘，我們到旁邊等待，中間一直有其他的旅客進來check-in，而他們都可以直接馬上入住，我們就這樣等等等，等了20分鐘，中間一直也有跟櫃檯人員對上眼，但她並沒有做任何表示，或是幫我們詢問房間，最後是我們等不下去才再次上前問房間好了嗎？櫃檯人員才打電話，然後告訴我們「好了」...那請問我們前面是在等心酸的嗎？這樣的態度實在令人失望！幸好後面的飯店整理、客服服務，還算是拉回了一點分數。

Anlage und Umgebung sehr schön das Haus könnte eine Renovierung vertragen viele Flecken und manche Sachen sind sehr verwohnt dafür ist der Preis zu teuer . Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut.Geschirr war auch nicht sauber alles nochmals sauber gemacht weiß nicht wie man sowas verlassen kann. Personal ist ...

Great!Apartment close to perfect.Sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace everything working pretty well and even if you are on the same ground as the owner family, you feel „alone“.Sarah is a nice host. She asks for any need of assistance and offers her help or advice, but leaves you on your own…Kitchen, beds, ...
