I absolutely loved my stay at Mango Tree Inn. This was my second trip to Bali, and without a doubt it’s the most relaxing place I’ve stayed. The décor is rustic, tasteful, and full of character, while the gardens are beautifully maintained and create such a peaceful atmosphere. In the evenings it’s incredibly quiet and serene—an introvert’s dream. The location is excellent too, with plenty of great warungs nearby. I especially recommend Warung Manis, where the food was exceptional. The beach is also just a three-minute walk away. Chocolate and all of the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. What I appreciated most was that they seemed to instinctively understand that I wanted a quiet, peaceful stay. They were always available if needed but never intrusive, which made the experience even more relaxing. I genuinely couldn’t fault this place in the slightest. A perfect 10/10, and somewhere I’d happily stay again.

Loved the upper room with the semi open air shower. Hotel is quiet. Really nice space to relax in nature. My room was nice and simply laid out. Double bed with mosquito nets draped. Bedside tables, fridge, kettle, cups, etc. Patio door windows to the front of the room with table and chairs out on the balcony.

Best value for money

I’ve been to Bali 4 times and this experience was my best so far. I was on my way to East Java when I stayed here the first time and the 2nd time on my way back to Denpasar. I stayed in both the standard room and the deluxe. Very good value for money.

Chocolate and his staff went above and beyond to make this a wonderful start to our Bali vacation. We were exhausted after 40 hours of travel. This is a quiet, clean place to recuperate. The surrounding gardens provided shade and tranquility. Chocolate made airport transfer and other transportation arrangements for us; this provided a huge peace of mind. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance for lunch/dinner and a swimmable beach. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious. 10/10 recommend!!

This is a Good One

Friendly staff. Easy access to property. Clean, quiet, safe. Great restaurants / warungs nearby - loved d'Buca & visited many times during our week long stay. Also Krisna spa for massage is great. Wonderful snorkelling on biorock - please give donation for their wonderful work to continue. We will definitely return to Mango Tree Inn. One suggestion would be for cushions on outside chairs in front of room.
