“The location was great! Nowhere on the listing did it mention that major exterior renovations were underway. Our mountain-view room was completely blocked by scaffolding, and we were on the fourth floor. There was also a $ 25-a-night parking fee that was unexpected. The room was dimly lit; combined with the natural light being blocked by the scaffolding, the room was very dark. Unfortunately, I can't cancel the room I booked in October without losing out on $155. I have never had a negative……

“I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place……

“Chelsea’s condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located, steps to the ski bus line. Chelsea is also a responsive host, which I appreciated.In her binder of information (unless the contents were revised since the time of this review) she asked to be notified of any concerns/needs to ensure a 5-star review.However, there were a couple of factors that warrant the rating in this review, and that could not have been remedied on short notice. For example, the silverware provided……

“Everything went smoothly. Close enough to walk to the lifts (10min approx) or ride the bus back. Would stay here again.”

“The location is perfect with only a few steps to the bus stop, as parking at the ski resort requires reservations and costs 28 a day if the car has less than four people in it; parking is free with no reservations after 1pm.The room is a short distance to the hot tub, which was perfect after a long day of skiing, but they keep it pretty hot, so after 20 minutes of soaking, we were cooked.A few things could have been provided to make this location more convenient like a kitchen spatula, more……
