Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. "Amazing hotel with fantastic facilities. Probably the best all inclusive we’ve stayed in with the family. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Premium drinks and cocktails all included as well as water sports. The restaurants had plentiful food with different options. The whole family had a great time. Only issue we experienced, which I’m not sure is a tactic by the hotel but the service for drinks was very slow, you have to order via the waiters and they are so busy it takes a lifetime to get to you which in turn reduces the amount of drinks you consume. It didn’t ruin the holiday at all as we had a great time but it was a nuisance at times. The hotel maybe should consider separate areas in the dining room for adults without kids, I felt a little sorry for them being surrounded by noisy kids. We travelled with kids so it was no issue for us. But if you’re a couple looking for some tranquility, I’d avoid. "
