Large 3/2 in Spring Garden
Enjoy this centrally located & Large 3 bedroom unit that has 2 full bathrooms. Located in the charming area of Spring Garden. Free street parking available throughout the area. This unit has plenty of space for a large group of 10 to stay comfortably. The apartment has 4 queen sized beds with comfortable memory foam mattresses as well as every amenity and essential needed for a long or short term stay.
Unit is located on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator.
AMENITIES:
✔️ Unit comes with high-speed internet
✔️ Essential toiletries (Towels, Bed sheets, Shampoo, Bath soap and Toilet paper)
✔️ Fully stocked Kitchen w/all necessary utensils, pots, and pans to make a full meal
✔️ 4 Plush queen-sized beds
✔️ Kitchen amenities: Regular coffee maker, Microwave, Oven, Toaster
Guests will have access to the entire unit during their stay. No areas of the apartment are shared with anyone else.

• Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Street parking is available in the center of the area. Additional public parking lots are also nearby.
Note: For safety and security, surveillance cameras are located in the building’s hallways and monitor and record activity 24/7.
PETS:
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Pets must be registered at the time of booking and included as part of the guest count on Airbnb. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per day.
Please note, if a pet is found on the property without prior registration, your reservation will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately, and a $500 fine will be imposed by Airbnb.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced in the building from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during this time.
OTHER HOUSE RULES:
❌ No more than 10 guests are allowed in the home at any time
❌ No parties or events permitted — violations will result in a $1,000 fine, immediate cancellation, and eviction
❌ No smoking or use of illicit drugs inside the unit
❌ No open flames or fire of any kind allowed in the unit
🔇 No loud music or disruptive behavior inside the home
🚫 Do not disturb neighbors under any circumstances during your stay
⚠️ Any other house rule violations (excluding parties) will result in a $500 fine per incident, collected through Airbnb.
