Close to suburban square, St. Joe's, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Villanova, 20 minutes to center city. PRIVATE entrance, gated driveway parking, 2ND floor private entrance. 1 bedroom with attached sitting room, living room, WIFI, and 2.5 baths featuring heated floors and original claw foot tub.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

My fiance and I had a great time staying here, the property was clean and had countless amenities. We were able to enjoy the fire pit, hot tub, and lawn games during our stay and would definitely recommend!
