- Penalty for violations: $250.
- Guests who remove the smoke detector from the wall will automatically be charged $250 for smoking violations.

Trash:** All trash must be placed in the designated garbage area at the rear of the building.

Guests:** Only registered guests are permitted.
- Unregistered guests will incur a $100 penalty and may result in cancellation of your stay.

Extra Towels:** Available for $10 each.

Linens & Towels:** Stained or damaged linens and towels will be charged for replacement.

Gatherings & Hallways:** No group gatherings or lingering in hallways.

Rental Agreement:** All guests are required to complete and sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID for verification purposes. Sensitive information may be covered if desired.
