The first time it rang for 12 minutes and disconnected, the second it rang for 9 minutes. A male voice answered sounding disgruntled and told me the swimming pool was not heated then hung up. The customer checking in before of us had the same complaint about trying to call the hotel. The pool temperature was OK and the hot tub was hot. Our room smelled like a fish had died in it prior to us using the room. The other room was fine.
