A main reason we chose this property was the fact that they offered a free airport shuttle. When we arrived, we were told the shuttle was not in working order, and they did not offer any consolation

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel and room was disappointing. The room and hotel had a strong mildew smell, the floors had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom looked worn out and also smelled unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel properly cleaned. For the price, I expected better cleanliness and maintenance. Hopefully, management can address these issues to improve the guest experience.

Absolutely disgusting property. Worn out and dirty room amenities, puttied over holes in the tub, rusted out fixtures, dry rotted shower curtain, room door lock had a handy-man fix door jam addition, coffee maker encrusted with calcium. I checked out after the first night, simply because I arrived late and had nowhere else to go. The front desk was very kind agreed to a complete refund, except it was booked through Expedia, so I did not get a refund. If Expedia is going to offer a hotel on their site, the hotel should at least be an acceptable standard of living for travelers. This hotel is a complete disaster...

There was no battery in the fire alarm. The curtains were not hung properly. None of the sinks drained. The breakfast was meek everything seemed to be deep fried or gone. The coffee was empty and not very tasteful. The hotel smelled rotten and musty, debris everywhere, as they were going through a remodel. This is not an area that I would recommend to anybody to stay. Sat in the desk chair, they provided and sell out of it as it was not stable. And I 'm not heavy person. I request a refund.
