Step into spacious comfort where mornings can begin with a swim in the private pool and evenings drift into friendly rounds of putt putt or a quiet moment under the Arizona sky. The open floor plan makes it easy to gather with your group, whether you’re sharing a meal, playing games, or simply relaxing together. Just a couple miles from Old Town Scottsdale, you are close to shopping, dining, and golf while still enjoying the calm of a safe, quiet neighborhood.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two ensuites, provide room for rest after your days in the desert sun. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, two patio doors leading directly to the pool, large closets, and an ensuite with two vanities, a stand-alone tub, and a shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and vanity, and access to the backyard. The third bedroom offers a queen and a twin bed, the fourth holds a king bed with patio doors to the yard, and the fifth includes a queen and a twin bed.

Outdoor living
The private backyard is designed for both relaxation and activity. Cool off in the heated pool, gather at the outdoor dining table, or enjoy the BBQ grill for easy meals. Sun loungers invite you to stretch out between swims, and the mini golf course adds a playful touch to afternoons spent at home.

Kitchen & dining
A well-equipped kitchen is ready for shared meals, with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, and cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Dinnerware and outdoor tableware make it simple to transition between indoor and outdoor meals.

Entertainment & family-friendly features
Inside, a pool table, board games, books, and a TV provide plenty of entertainment. Families will appreciate the pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s dinnerware, making travel with little ones easier. A washer and dryer are available in-unit for added convenience.

Central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, and room-darkening shades help create a restful stay. High speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected. Smart locks allow simple self check-in.

The property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and two exterior security cameras by the front entrance. Noise sensors monitor decibel levels indoors and outdoors without recording audio or video.

• Pool Heating: Available from October 15th to May 15th for an additional $75 per day. Please let us know at least 48 hours before check-in if you’d like the pool heated and ready for your arrival.

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.
