Privacy surrounds the sparking blue pool, spa, fun and water slide! Pets stay for free! This freshly remodeled home is in a great location, just 20 minutes to the airport, close to dining, shopping and easy freeway access. Spacious great room, and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, or step out and grill up your favorites! Complimentary heated pool set to 85 degrees in winter, hot tub, and fast WiFi. Wonderful heated spa!
We value our guests' privacy while also being available when needed. You're welcome to enjoy the space independently, but if you have questions or need assistance, we're just a message away. This Mesa home is conveniently located with easy access to major freeways like the US-60 and Loop 101, making it simple to reach nearby cities such as Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, and Phoenix. You'll be just minutes from local shops, restaurants, parks, and family-friendly attractions.
While rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, having a car is recommended for maximum flexibility during your stay. The home offers a private driveway and garage for parking, along with additional free street parking—making travel easy and stress-free.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
Swimming pool is heated between the months of November and April at no additional charge. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature could be lower than 85 degrees.
