Stylish Desert Gem in Hub of Old Town Scottsdale!

Stylish and beautifully decorated condo in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Valley's top shopping, dining, and nightlife are steps away. Inspired by the colors of the desert, this designer condo is recently remodeled and features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Remote workspace available for the business traveler. Complex amenities include resort like pool, gym, game room, and grilling ramada. All that you need is here to enjoy your relaxing Scottsdale getaway!

The space
Home has been recently remodeled with tasteful and modern finishes. Open space with plenty of room. Stylish and comfortable furniture throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked for those wanting to dine in. Bedroom features Queen sized bed, closet space, TV, and desk for those needing to get work done on the road. Living area has sofa sleeper and 55 inch TV. Spacious patio overlooking courtyard area to enjoy those warm Arizona Winters.

Guest access
Guests have the entire condo to themselves. There is no shared spaces. Guests will have access to community amenities which includes pool, hot tub, gym, and game room.

One assigned parking space for the unit and guest parking available.

Please note laundry is on site laundry which you will have access to throughout your stay.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years of age.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

No loud or disruptive behavior will be tolerated in the unit or throughout the complex while using amenities. Please be respectful to neighbors throughout your stay.

No Smoking

Upon successful booking you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that provides house rules as well as information about the space that you are renting. This is for the safety of all parties involved and to keep you up to date with check in information and any notices regarding the home.

The guy double booked us and gave us false information only to find someone in the condo

HORRIBLE.. wrong building# given only to find a woman already in our property and I was told by the guy basically too bad!!! Had to find a different place to stay
