Updated and conveniently located 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house for rent.
House interior features a clean, industrial look with concrete floors and fresh paint.
House is fully furnished with everything to make this your home away from home.
Updated kitchen with freshly painted cabinets, newly installed butcher block countertop, and new appliances. Other features include new stackable Samsung washer and dryer, 2 car garage, ample storage, new ceiling fans and wood burning stove for colder months. TV with Netflix, office and all kitchen necessities.
King size bed in master and queens in each of the 2 guest bedrooms. The home’s exterior is beautifully landscaped and features a very private, well vegetated backyard with newly refinished pebble tech pool.

Amazing Host!

This house was located perfectly for our stay in Phoenix over the Christmas holiday. There were many items stocked such as laundry supplies & toiletry items. I cannot say enough about our host, Shawna. She was so great to work with and communicating with her was awesome. With a new granddaughter arriving there any day now, we will certainly be back again in the future!

Beautiful property in Phoenix!

This house was perfect for my partner and I. Had all the comforts I could ask for and such a comfortable feel to the design. Felt like staying at one of my families homes! Backyard was so cool, pool surrounded by tons of foliage! We absolutely loved our stay here. Perfectly located in a central part of the Valley.
