“Staff is friendly. Although not knowing much English, they basically tried their best to communicate with me. Room is okay. I only had a short stay there but in general a good hotel. Breakfast choices are limited but good.”

“Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings”

“Hyvä siisti hotelli ja avulias henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, oikein hyvä. Miinuksena meille tärkeä pysäköinti... hotellin parkkihalli oli täynnä eli jouduttiin etsimään ulkopuolinen pysäköinti, jossa kyllä respan henkilökunta hienosti opasti meitä. Hotellin sijainti huikean joen lähellä oli hyvä.”

“Nous y avons passé une nuit. Notre chambre donnait sur la route mis aucun bruit. Nous avons entendu du bruit mais surtout de l'intérieur des portes qui claquent. Chambre grande avec une salle de bain spacieuse mais dommage le lit n'était pas aussi grand. Petit déjeuner buffet, très variés en salés et sucrés. Personnel très agréable, serviable et souriant. ”

“+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.”

“Hemos estado genial, hemos ido con nuestra bebé de 6 meses y todo perfecto. La ubicación está de maravilla, cerca de un espacio verde y en todo el centro. Se puede ir andando a todos lados. Los restaurantes de alrededor se come muy bien y de precios razonables.Repetiremos.”

“Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. Such good value for money even if the decor is a little dated. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Would return 100% if visiting for a few days skiing and needing a good value, comfortable and located base. ”

“The hotel is ok. But Expedia chested us. When we book , it was written including breakfast even the confirmation email. But then hotel said not. Then I contact Expedia. They promise to refund me the price. When we reply them with the invoice excluding breakfast. They replied us they don’t give breakfast. We have to pay ourselves. From beginning to end, they cheated us twice. I gonna use law to claim it . Ideally not for little money but to let them do not cheat others. ”
