A three-story home with 5 bedrooms boasting a total of 8 beds and nearly 3,000 square feet, you and your group will have plenty of private spaces to wind down, or gather in the spacious common areas.
You'll have a choice of unique mattresses with different firmness levels to ensure a comfortable and quiet night's sleep.
* Master bedroom: The lucky guests who claim this entire 3rd floor for their stay will get to enjoy a King bed, a day bed with a trundle, a crib, a workspace, and their own private living area with a 65" smart TV
* Our second floor includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with queen beds and Smart TVs. There's also a 4th (children's) bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed that sleeps up to 3. Be sure to take note of charming details like the hand-painted fireplace tiles and views of the friendly neighborhood. The second floor also has a centrally located updated full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
* Living room: Relax in the comfort of an old-world parlor, only this one has a wall-mounted 55" smart TV.
* Dining room: Since the bedrooms can hold so many people in comfort, so should the dining room. Surrounded by original cabinets and fireplace, this room can easily serve a party of 10
* Kitchen: What good would such a large dining room be without the kitchen to go with it? The stainless appliances in the chef's kitchen (microwave, fridge, oven, Keurig, French press, toaster, toaster oven, blender and dishwasher) are sure to give you everything you'll need for a meal worthy of a wonderful stay. The gas oven alone features a commercial hood, broiler, griddle and heat lamps to keep everything nice and toasty.
* 3 season porch: Expand the living room through the double doors into the bright and sunny 3 season porch. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee.
* Playroom: right off the kitchen, we've recently added a children's living room and play kitchen, complete with books and games, overlooking the backyard through bright bay windows

No events/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time. Pet fees for pre-approved pets are $25 per night, per pet, up to two pets and are non-refundable.
The entire house and outdoor space of the property is available to guests excepting some storage and supply areas that are locked off.

The home is less than a mile from shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores, but is a quiet and friendly area to walk the neighborhood sidewalks.
Please do what you can to keep the number of vehicles parked at the home to fewer than 4. If additional parking is needed, please contact me so we can arrange a solution.
Located in between downtown and the airport, you have an easy commute either way. The best South Hills shopping districts are a short drive or bus ride with a bus stop less than one block from the house.
This Victorian is set in a friendly residential neighborhood, away from noisy businesses and roads, but convenient to the best shopping areas in the South Hills, night-life on Carson Street, River's Casino, and sports Stadiums on the North Shore along with all the excitement and architecture of downtown. For business travelers, you'll find one of the easiest commutes to downtown through the "West End" while being a short drive further west to the airport.
Whether you're in town for business in the region's high tech world, or on a family trip, you'll enjoy this beautiful, classic Pittsburgh home. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood feel while being less than 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from The Point, downtown, Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park and River's Casino!
The driveway has recently been expanded. Please use the driveway whenever possible and leave one space available nearest the garage for our tenant next door.
I'm available to help make your stay the best it can be, but the level of communication is entirely up to you. It is always my pleasure to make suggestions on where to go and what to do - from museums to my favorite walkable streets.
You will also receive a guidebook three days before check-in with recommendations and instructions for the appliances in the home.

NO PARTIES, WEDDINGS, OR EVENTS
By booking, the guest agrees to a security deposit hold on their method of payment by their booking platform. It will be released shortly after check-out if all rules are honored. It is the booking guest’s responsibility to make sure ALL registered guests in the group honor all House Rules, as the release of the hold is based on that.
Guests
We want you to enjoy your vacation and time at our home to the maximum, but we do have to set some restrictions on visitor numbers for safety reasons. (Max Occupancy is 13 registered guests.) As part of our vacation rental agreement, we need the names and details of each member of your traveling party. Any additional overnight visitors (never to exceed the maximum of 13) must be approved in advance and are subject to daily fees up to $100 per guest per day.
Any unauthorized guests will be subject to a $100 per guest per night fee. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary qualify for this fee. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (# guests)
Any unauthorized events or parties will be subject to a $2,000 fine and immediate removal.
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our home. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, the neighborhood, and visitor numbers.
Guests are to allow homeowner or service access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand when possible.
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
Any time guests leave the vacation rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Parents must not leave children unattended at any time. Any guest injuries sustained at the property are not covered by our vacation rental insurance
Fire Pits (Propane and Wood):
Please remember to dress warm enough for outdoor conditions.
Please NEVER bring any indoor throw blankets or bedding out to the fire pit!
Pets :
Pets are allowed, up to two dogs. The pet fee is $25 per night.
Smoking
This is a non-smoking home - If you do smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside and clean up your butts.
Noise and Privacy
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours between 9PM and 8AM. If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement. This could result in the loss of the security deposit and rental amount.
In case of any disputes or neighbor complaints, it’s your duty to notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
There are a couple of closets in the home that are private and locked, please do not attempt to open them.
Kitchen
We provide the basics such as cooking oil, simple seasoning and some condiments. Please treat our kitchen with the love and respect you would your own to keep it in great condition for other guests.
Please be sure to ventilate the kitchen after cooking anything that could leave a strong smell behind.
Be careful not to wash food remains down the drain. Please throw any kitchen scraps into a trash bag.
To help the environment, please only switch on the dishwasher when it’s full and use the eco-program when possible.
Trash
We like to do our bit for the environment, and we ask that our guests do the same! There are different containers outside for separating trash and recycling. Please BAG AND TIE UP SAID BAGS before disposing garbage and recycling in the proper containers.
