“I stayed at the Owl House to go to the Corvettes at Carlisle show. My stay couldn’t have been better with the comfortable accommodations, which provided everything I needed and more. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, the TV and WiFi were great, and the back porch allowed time for quiet reflection and watching wildlife. The house was about 25-minutes from Carlisle, which worked out great. I also went to Little Buffalo State Park for a hike and some time in the……

“We stayed at this property for a girls’ weekend and absolutely loved it!! It is a beautiful and spacious home located in a very quiet area. We were able to enjoy some relaxing moments hanging out in the hot tub and making crafts at the huge table in the dining room. The fire pit area is set up very nicely and had we visited in the fall, we would have enjoyed using it. The weather was just too warm for us to build a fire. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again!”

“Beautiful and relaxing view. Well-stocked house. Only one full bath on the level with all the bedrooms, so prepare to be patient. :-). Be aware they don’t allow alcohol to be consumed on site (!), and there are no TV’s. Four new kayaks were a plus — be prepared for an extremely shallow river!!”
