“Very rundown. Looks like it has never had any maintenance work. Dirty. Lazy staff. Very dissatisfied as it is a good location and has great potential to be a nice place. ”

“I stayed in this Hotel in the off-season - I was the only resident there! Bablu and Vijay were very helpful towards my needs...they even borrowed me their bicycle so I could fetch some essentials on the evening of my arrival. They arranged breakfast every morning and provided me with a map of Goa which allowed me to plan my excursions. Bablu gave me a takeaway menu from a local restaurant which was very useful on an evening. The area of the hotel was quiet and tranqil...just what I needed after……

“We normally stay in 5* hotels but as our previous hotel went corporate with too many weddings and events we chose Lucianas where we spent 27 days. From start to finish our stay was excellent and completely hassle free. This en-suite room is basic but is spacious and clean with everything you need. The housekeeping was amazing clean sheets every day and well cleaned. We had a large terrace to sit out on and enjoy the peace. The swimming pool was well kept and clean. “This is a lovely modern well appointed apartment in a great location . A few minutes away from restaurants & bars: About a 10 minute walk to the beach . The place was really great - we would highly recommend it & happily stay there again . The landlord was very attentive to communication & any small issues were sorted out quickly .”
