“We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake.”

“The property was perfect for our multi-generational family during wedding weekend. Comfy beds, nice towels, lots of space, everything was so thoughtful. Only complaint - I picked this place because it had a walk-in shower which is easier on my grandma, but the shower was VERY slippery.”

“Adorable home. Cutely decorated, centrally located. There were 3 of us, for a week and it worked perfectly. Plenty of beds, plenty of space. Communication was fast and easy. Would stay again when back in area. Only complaint is needs a good clean. Dishes in cupboard were dirty, found garbage under couch, food on walls.”

“This home is outstanding! It is located in a good neighborhood with a Wal-Mart right down the road. In addition, the home has a beautiful lawn that my kids loved running around on.”

“It is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We were just there for 1 night and the house served its purpose. However there is no way that this house would sleep 4 people. There is 1 queen bed (that is the creakiest bed I have ever slept on) and 1 futon.”

“There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family group. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property which allowed children to be entertained separately from the adults who also had ample space to interact with each other.”

“Stayed for 2 nights to go to the Chiefs/Chargers game. This house is so close to the stadium and very convenient. Anyone going to a Chiefs game should definitely check this place out. Highway noise is loud. Noise machines helped a bit.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Rays Place overall. The inside looks to have been recently updated and it was nice and clean throughout. However, much of the kitchen pans and cooking ware were old and not usable. There was not extra toilet paper in the house, the heating which were a few wall units did not keep the house warm, and there were no trash bins to put the trash bags in. The vrbo site said there was soap provided but the clothes soap container was almost empty and there was not soap in the……

“Lovely home on busy corner, but very convenient to the nicest areas of KC. Home very well stocked, roomy and clean. Nice outdoor seating w table; easy parking. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!”
