You'll appreciate its location close to the coast and its SOUTH exposure, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long on the terrace, in the garden or during a game of boules.
This light-filled house features a high quality renovation.
You'll feel right at home.
This 110 square-meter residence can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms).
The three bedrooms are approximately 16 m2.
First floor:
- Large entrance hall.
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and television, garden access.
- Large table seating six.
- Library corner, desk.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and dining area.
