“Séjour globalement correct. L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, l’expérience avec le personnel de l’accueil a été décevante : attitude désagréable et manque de professionnalisme. On nous avait autorisé un départ tardif la veille, mais le lendemain on nous a finalement facturé un supplément. De plus, nous avons été réveillés à plusieurs reprises toute la matinée, ce qui a gâché la fin du séjour.”

“Hotel was immaculately clean and hygienic to look at, including the room. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was always cleaned with good air conditioning. Restaurant food was nice. Pool bar served a wide range of food and drinks. Pool side was very peaceful too. Hotel is a stone throw away from the beach. Some lovely little bars near the hotel.”

“I was here for one week and this hotel is the most luxurious and best situated for adults. The property sits directly on Fenals beach. The views from the ocean side rooms are unbelievable.
