“A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!”

“Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien in diesem liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtetem Haus. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wer die Ruhe und die Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. An den abenteuerlichen Weg zum Haus hatten wir uns schnell gewöhnt, auch ein kleiner Fußmarsch (ca 35 Minuten) in die Bar im Ort ist möglich und lohnt sich. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt, die Küche verfügt über alle nötigen Utensilien, sogar das Gewürzregal war gefüllt. Wir……

“A very interesting holiday. Sibilla the owner welcomed us with a nice lasagna and local wine. The house is quite spacious, comfortable and functional. Appropriate for a family. The kitchen is equipped with every kitchenware to cook as if someone feels being at home. A very functional kitchen. The garden is well cared clean and cozy in each details. we also enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Thank you Sibilla for your unique hospitality. we will return and we highly recommend it. “As our first time visiting Rome, my family and I were treated as if we were family by both Ornella and the property owner himself. Exclusive and private use to the family’s pool made for a peaceful retreat after busy days in Rome. Location is perfect distance from Rome and surrounding charming villages. Car rental is a must with dining and market options nearby to the property. Ornella’s expertise in tourism made for a bonus as she did the hard work for us and found tour tickets at reasonable……

“We have just got back from a fabulous stay at this property. Lovely place and super pool for a really relaxing stay. It was really hot but plenty of shady areas too. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. Paola was so helpful making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, as well as helping us with restaurant bookings! Super destination close to Rome - it is a shame that the station in Castelnuovo di Porto is currently closed but it was still easy to get into the city……
