Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with extra bonus room which sleeps and additional 4 guests if needed. Property allows for Parking of 3 cars, An Indoor 2 car garage + 1 off street exterior spot on the property. This Town home has many upgraded architectural details to bring a rich luxurious feel to the home. 3 FLOORS OF balconies face the east with unobstructed views towards the beach and boardwalk.
Owner provides (8) beach badges included for use during your stay. Children under twelve do not require badges for beach use.
Park your vehicles and walk wherever it is that you need to go during your stay. Town home is within Walking distance to the most popular shops, restaurants, and night-life in Seaside Heights, Ortley Beach and Lavalette Areas.
(*NOTE: If beach badges are lost there will be a $100 per badge charge. If on street parking pass is provided and then lost it is a $400 fee to replace it. Seaside Heights Metered parking pass provided only if requested for an additional fee of $100)

Bed linens and Bath towels are not provided by the owner and are the responsibility of the guests. Linens can be rented from Coastal Linen Co. in Lavalette NJ.
(1) Queen Size Bed and (4) Full Size Beds are on premise and guests will need sheets, blankets and pillow cases for all.

Great rental
House was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids. Check in/out was smooth. There are stairs being that this is a townhouse, which works out nicely for spacing and separation, but something to consider if you have very young or old people in your party. (One child in our group was recovering from a broken leg, otherwise I wouldn't even have thought of this)

Solid location and townhouse
There was lots of room for 8 people and a few dogs. The place is in very good condition with the exception of some carpets that need cleaning and the temperature from room to room seemed to vary dramatically at times. The vents need levers so they can be open/closed. Some vents did not have the levers. Great location two blocks from the boardwalk. With the exception of Saturday night, it is a quite neighborhood.

Great Townhouse
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner was great and very helpful on our day of arrival. There was plenty of room for adults and grandchildren. The view from the deck was great as we could see the boardwalk and walking to the boardwalk was easy being only a block away. The grocery store also was close by with just a 15 minute walk away.
