"The hostess was very charming and helpful. The barbecue area with large shaded tables and chairs plus the immaculate 2 m deep pool were great for hosting a small dinner party. No house or farm within sight or hearing -exclusive countryside privacy. We disagree with an earlier review about the ants: own fault! "For the price, the stay was definitely worth it. It was clean and right in the centre of the town, so very accessible to local beaches and restaurants etc. The only issue was that there was a strong smell coming from the drains which was quite unpleasant. However, since the room had a small balcony - you could get some fresh air in by opening the balcony doors. However, the smell didn’t fully disappear. "The location was ideal for us, 3 minute drive to the main town but also very quiet and only 15 minutes away from the beach. The outside area of the villa is stunning. The only minor gripes for us were that the barbecue had seen better days and that the kitchen was very small. We ate out a lot but if you were regularly trying to feed a family of five or six it would be a bit of a challenge."

"Big home with a great pool for 2 families to enjoy a lovely island get away. Host and owner were nice, responsive, attentive and helpful. It is an older house, so minor issues with shower spray, mild musty smell, dust from outside. But no issues that were a big problem. We were mainly put back on the patio and swimming- the pool is amazing. The surroundings are private, peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous. We would stay again!"

The location, the spaces rooms, the comfortable beds, the amazing swimming pool, the outside kitchen and the large private ground makes the villa a perfect place to stay with friends or family. "Pros: Beautiful, modern finca in Arta. Short walk to the city center. Big pool and garden. Check-in was very easy and we met the very helpful and nice owners a couple of days later. Cons: We would have loved to have a few more of the absolut basics (toilet paper, garbage bags etc.) at hand for our ten day stay."

"Paco and Conchi welcomed us like kings, they prepared a dinner with beverages when we arrived and showed us around. The finca is surrounded by many fruit trees and a beautiful garden. It is situated in the middle of the island with easy access to everything like hospital, supermarket, Palma... We will probably book the finca again because we were very content."

"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt that this is well deserved. For the price I paid for 5 nights, half board, the value is outstanding! My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner was good. The buffets had amazing options. The staff is friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel was wonderful, and the staff truly made our stay special. A big shout-out to Andrea, who gave us great local recommendations on where to go. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. I had purchased the package that included parking and breakfast, and it was perfect! The team also assisted us with charging our electric vehicle, which was greatly appreciated since it was my first time renting one and I didn’t realize I needed a card to scan. Our room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. The bar area was also a highlight—the drinks and food were fantastic. The only small detail I missed was having a tissue box in the room, which most hotels usually provide. Other than that, everything exceeded expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."
