The man said he was busy and need 1/2 hour come to open the door, But finally I waited for him 1 1/2 Hours under heavy rain. “Check in was good with helpful service. Hotel is in a great location and from outside looked good, even with indoor smoking (the norm in Macedonia). “I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!……
