This means amazing views in every direction. This particular unit, as a penthouse, has the added benefit of a private 1,000 sq. ft. terrace. Private security entrance, elevators to lighten the load, balcony (apart from terrace), large heated pool, new tennis courts, indoor game room with billiards, ping-pong, air-hockey etc., nature-walk with fishing bridge, and private beach. Lots to do. Kitchen fully stocked with equipment, new queen bed & new futon, kayaks upon request. Large flat screen TV with all the Spectrum channels, Netflix, and Hulu. Most of the amenities of a resort hotel, with the notable exception of an on-site bar, but there are a lot of beach bars within a couple miles drive (Sam's, Ollie's, Skinny's, Get Hooked, etc.).
