303 The Shoal is a stylish apartment located within 200 metres walking to the white sandy beaches of Shoal Bay and has the bonus of having a lift in the complex.

The unit is presented exceptionally well and has an open plan, air conditioned, living area with a Smart TV and Free Wifi available giving you access to Telstra TV and Netflix. The living area extends out to the private balcony with water views.

Oak floors and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and stone top benches create a sophisticated coastal ambiance throughout the unit.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms with all linen supplied which ooze with luxury, two designer bathrooms with European appointments and walk in showers, an internal laundry located within the main bathroom offers a washing machine.

The bonus of level lift access from both the street and secure parking make this the perfect getaway location. Park the car and walk to the nearby multiple cafes, clubs, restaurants along with an IGA Grocery store, Newsagency and Bike Hire outlet.

Shoal Bay Beach is famous for Snorkelling, stand up Paddle Boarding (available for hire), Fishing and the famous Tomaree Mountain which provides spectacular views of the peninsula.

(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
