“A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends……

“We had the most FABULOUS time @ PENTYE Cottage is absolutely beautiful everything we could want was there for us. THANKYOU for the wine & biscuits they went down a treat lovely touch. Loved that everything was quality no expense spared very tasteful. If it’s peace quiet & relaxation then this place is for you … We WILL DEFINITELY return .. didn’t want to leave. “Lovely apartment with tremendous location and sea view. Close to all amenities. Convenient secure underground parking. All areas of Cornwall accessible by car within an hour. Only issue was unreliable lift to 5th floor.”

“Lovely place to stay, beach perfect for the dogs and people all very friendly. Accommodation good, could have been much better with a welcome pack! The steps were a challenge, I consider myself quite fit but 74steps to climb with luggage not easy, added to which my husband scraped his car on the hand rail while trying to park on the tricky slope. The views were amazing from the deck as expected.”

“Ian was very helpful given Vrbo platform comms was awful (App may be better). Had a lovely couple of days stay and excellent local dog walking and Beach a short walk too. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Well positioned for local coastal adventuring. Would recommend arriving in day light as the car park is not lit and access for unloading everything was not that straightforward! Otherwise a great stay.”
