Welcome to our charming seaside studio in beautiful Praia da Rocha! Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families, this 37 m² apartment offers modern comfort and a stunning sea view—just 500 meters from the golden beach.



The open layout features a bright living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. You’ll enjoy thoughtful amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace (ideal for remote work), air conditioning, TV, a washing machine, and beach or pool towels for carefree days by the water. Families are welcome, with a baby cot and high chair available for an extra fee.



The building offers step-free access and an elevator for added convenience. Step out onto your private balcony, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a sunset drink while taking in the sea breeze.
