Holiday house for 4 persons, residence LES MARINES, at only 250m from the sea of Portiagnes plage

Villa located in secured residence "Les Marines" with shared pool (open July and August), and the sea just 5 minutes away. This villa has a mezzanine with 2 single beds and downstairs there is a second bedroom with double bed. A well fitted kitchenett, shower room, separate toilet. Outside, a nice tiled terrace with a sund bed, 2 sun chairs, garden table and chairs, bbq mobile. One parking place in the residence- only one small pet allowed
Equipments:2 TV, NESPRESSO, toaster, coffee machine, combinated fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron+board, micro-wave, small oven, washing machine, hot water boiler, fans…CLEANING FEES INCLUDED
Beddings : Bedroom 1 down : 1 bed 140 /Mezzanine : 2 beds 90 + 1 extra bed
free disposal for children: travel cot with mattress, booster seat, WC reducer, bathtub and security fence by stairs-
