Live & Work in our historic Alberta Arts home.

Beautiful 100 year old farmhouse that seamlessly blends old world charm with modern conveniences. This is a spacious family home a block from Alberta Arts Street and 3 blocks from Alberta Park. Great for families, with lots of flexible space.

Fenced backyard with grill for outdoor dining in the summer. Kid-friendly amenities available including crib + 2 twin beds, high chair available and safety gates for the stairs. We also have a selection of books, puzzles, and games for kiddos to use.

You will be renting our entire main house and enclosed backyard with grill and fire pit. Our lower level unit is a completely separate space that we rent to long term tenants.

When you leave, please do our cleaning staff a favor and leave beds that were slept in unmade.

Pile used towels on the floor in the bathrooms and if you have time, get a load of towels started in the wash.

Load and start the dishwasher, and lock up the house with keys back in the lockbox where you found them. Safe travels!
