Great location, very kind staff. The bed is comfortable, shower is clean. The door isn't very soundproof so you will hear vacuum noise if you sleep late.

酒店好但浴缸會令人滑倒
酒店清潔，附近環境方便安全，地鐵就在酒店前面，酒店有地下停車場，早餐好味！ 唯一就是浴缸，很容易令人滑倒，住三晚，共滑倒兩次，對老人家可能有危險！

This hotel is very impressive
The overall comments of this hotel is great, there is good hospitality, great breakfast we enjoyed our stay there very much. The only fly in the ointment was the location of the hotel where is quite remote from the city center although it closed to the metro station (3 mins walk)

很近MTR站，HEROSIMO 站, 一出站對面就是，就算從火車站，搭的士, 只需6歐羅左右。早餐好好食，好多選擇。行去景點區大概15-20分鐘。

Pros: - Bed is big - Balcony is huge (which we did not use much) - Breakfast was good - Hotel decor is modern and new Cons: - Room is smaller than expected - Room is a bit dark - Water splashes out easily when taking shower - The loo is hiding behind the door which is weird - Hotel staff a bit cool. They would not say hello or thank you. They would not even nod or smile. - Location is a bit far from the city centre but there's a metro station nearby - There's no box tissue provided in the room. Instead there's a small pack of tissue paper (a few pieces) which is replenished when used up.

Great hotel
I fully recommend this hotel since the hotel is clean and comfortable. the only problem is the location (although it's near the subway station which you can take to go to the airport directly, you have to spend 15 min to go the area for tourist)

The location of this property was within walking distance of most things I wanted to see. The restaurant and bar in the hotel were mostly empty in the evenings. I ate at the bar 1 time - food was ok and the drink was basic but good. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The most important thing I want to highlight is the parking garage entrance is right next to the front door - it was easy to find and access. Lots of spaces, clean and an attendant on duty every time I went to my car. My car stayed parked until I was ready to leave Porto.

Great hotel just outside Porto city center.
Just across the road from the Heroismo subway stop. Friendly staff, helpful reception. My room was of a good size and the bed was comfortable. There is a frosted glass between the shower and bedroom, and if you are traveling with someone and one needs to use the bathroom at night, I may be a disturbance. From the hotel into the city center it will take you about 15-20 minutes to walk, but you can also use the subway. Breakfast was €15, and worth the price.

Nous avons passé 4 jours au sein de cette hôtel et c’était très agréable. Le personnel très attentionné et prête à le soucis de bien faire. Hôtel proche du centre ville, mais très facile d’accès avec le métro juste en face de l’hôtel.

We arrived in Porto by train, at the Tourist Information office @ the Train Station, she told us it's very easy to walk to the hotel. It would've been easy if we didn't have our luggage or as my husband was having back problem. Anyway, by the time we finally arrived at the hotel, we were exhausted. But the staff quickly checked us in, very efficient. The room seemed to be very pleasant. If I had anything negative to say about the hotel, it would be you can't open the window fully, and they give you only a small box of Kleenex (probably consists of 3 pieces of Kleenex), although there're plenty of toilet paper. All and all it was a very pleasant stay.

A cama não foi a escolhida na reserva, casal, simplesmente uniram duas camas de solteiro. Deveríamos ter recebido uma bebida pela reserva na categoria silver, não recebemos. Foi uma boa estadia, mas nada que surpreendesse.
