Location: privileged position, close to major services such as supermarkets and shops, a stone\'s throw from the center and just 5 minutes\' walk from the sea.



Description: large three-room apartment located on the second floor, composed as follows - spacious and bright living room with sofa and TV corner, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker.

Spacious terrace equipped with wooden table and chairs where you can eat.

Master bedroom with double bed and direct access to the terrace - second bedroom with 2 single beds (plus two single beds that can be pulled out if necessary) large bathroom with tub and shower - utility room with washing machine.

Air conditioning.

Only small pets are allowed.

Reserved parking space in front of the building.

Fully equipped, one of the best solutions in Porto Recanati.
