VRBO completely unresponsive and told me “too bad”… this property should be banned!!! I am fighting to get my money back from booking agent and my credit card company….. they should be ashamed of themselves and then they had the audacity to lie and tell the booking agent I stayed there …. "Very new, nice, comfortable and clean apartment. We stayed for two nights for oktoberfest - the apartments were super close to the oktoberfest location with a very good price comparing to any other place during oktoberfest, which was fantastic. Wifi sucks a bit, weak signal. Friendly security guards at the lobby make me feel safe. Nice elevator. Note that there seems to be no laundry facilities yet, but I would still recommend this place as it is spotless and beautiful."

"We stayed years ago prior to renovation. Beautiful hotel, wonderful attention to detail preserving the old while totally updating. Staff was so accommodating that if asked a question they would provide not only directions but hours, etc. Best breakfast ever, eggs, sausages, various bread & rolls, sweets, cheeses, even English, and vegan offerings. Table service upscale with waiters for every whim. Room maintained spotless with complimentary bottles of water replaced everyday. Lovely bar area with roaring fire going and soft music in the background, available for both food & drinks."
