“I typically rent houses when I travel with my wife or with the entire family. I've rented a lot of houses. This rental impressed me the most with the attention to detail. The decorating was perfect for the location. Everything was high quality -- especially the beds/towels. This house has everything you need or could possibly want while staying there. No need to run to the store at all. I have nothing bad to say about this rental. Thanks.”

“We had our annual Girls' Getaway Trip in Galena this year. There were 6 of us and the house worked out perfect. Four bathrooms was a game changer for getting us fixed up and out of the house in a timely manner. However, we didn't spend too much time away because we really enjoyed the house too. “The Firefly Cottage was very well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had plenty of dishes, pots/pans, glasses, eating and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and lots of clean towels in kitchen and bath; plenty of TP, kleenex, salt and pepper, and a few other kitchen items to use. There were 3 TV's! We did have difficulty getting the sound loud enough on the TV, couldn't figure it out. We could have called owner and I'm sure they would have helped……
