“This hotel has been one of my favourites to stay in. Have told everyone about it and recommended it to anyone going to Prague. From the location right next door to the Metro station, to the beautiful hotel itself it does not disappoint.
The reception staff are amazing, especially a lady with brown hair - I didn’t catch her name but she will remember us as my husband wore shorts the whole trip! She was so friendly, helpful and polite and really helped to make our stay. Thank you!

“高樓層的夜景很美麗，服務人員態度佳，但由電車站走至飯店的路途燈光不足。有一天凌晨三點半左右突然響起火災警報，住客大多數都以疏散至室外，無人解釋為何警報響起及解除，大家就默默的搭著重新開放的電梯回房休息。”
