“A well equipped and comfortable cottage that feels more spacious inside than it might look from the outside. We also enjoyed having the terrace at the back. It's nice and private there, with only the sound of the river below. Being so close to one of the waterfall trails, the surrounding area does get busy during the day, so you might not always be able to park in the street outside. Free space always opened up by the evening, though. We certainly felt comfortable here, and had everything we……

“Very clean quaint cottage. Beautiful! ”

“Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. “I stayed in the Hayloft. My hosts could not have been more charming. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished and much care had gone into it. The one thing that I think let it down was the quality of the beds - 4 singles - the mattress lacked support and you could actually feel the springs in it. Maybe this is the way it is done in……

“Excellent property and lovely stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Hot tub was immaculate and we were even lucky enough to have some nice weather too! ”

“Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. ”

“The property was lovely and clean. We especially liked the views from around the area. Would happily go back again! ”

“We did have some checking in issues - we didn’t receive a key box code and had to ring the host at midnight. We found it quite hard to reach the host in the days leading up to the booking.”
