“The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. “House is just as pictured, AC's in every room, amazing view of the bay, pool was perfect. Restaurants along the bay was easily accessible with a grocery store.Cons: Elevator was broken and house is 2 flights up from the parking. There's no microwave, there's no shower doors to block the water, so bathroom floor was always wet on the first floor. It's a 20min drive to the highway”

“Het vakantiehuis is netjes en goed gelegen, op een groot terrein in het groen en zeer goed onderhouden. De zee is op wandelafstand, met parasol en ligzetels. Er is veel te bekijken in de buurt, Alexandros wijst je graag de weg! Alexandros is trouwens een superhost, zeer bereidwillig om te helpen en er voor te zorgen dat je verblijf onvergetelijk wordt. We hebben enorm genoten van een prachtige gezinsvakantie!”

“Loved the property! The home overlooks the water and is on the hill above a small Greek village that has many great restaurants and cafes and a small beach area. The infinite pool is what sets this house apart from all the rest. Anne, the owner of the house, I just cant say enough about the communication and all the information she gave us for our stay. We were a family of 14. And this house was perfect! I would come back in a heartbeat!”

“15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. It made all the northern beaches about an hour drive through the mountains. However the towns south of the villa (Rovies and Limni) were……

“Peaceful and very private. Sun all day for those who want it, plenty of shade for those who don’t. One of the best Villa vistas we have experienced topped off with fantastic sunsets each evening to be enjoyed from the balcony. Well equipped Villa with everything you need. Highly recommended.”

“We had a wonderful stay there! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (we enjoyed the sandwich maker^^). Just be aware of the rocky roads and keep following the paved street :). The host was welcoming and always avaliable when we had questions and even updated us about the fire situation in advance. If you want a quiet and peaceful stay away from the tourism hotspots just a few minutes from the beach... we really recommend choosing this place!”
