“Great location, close to restaurants and shops, the lake, and activities in the area. House was clean and well stocked with anything we needed.. and the customer service was great and responded quickly when we had an issue with some of the lights. I would stay here again when I’m in the area. ”

“Very nice unit/apartment located in downtown Penn Yan. Location was great for getting to many of the sites we wanted to see ie: canandaigua, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen etc. the place felt clean and cared for and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. A bit small for 4 adults but adequate. The “living area” not as comfortable seating as I would have liked, but wouldn’t take it off my list or high score. Our “master” room was great, the 2nd bedroom is extremely small, no closet, just an armoire, and……

“Perfect location right on Main Street. Plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores in walking distance. Apartment was beautiful and every amenity provided. Many good wineries and breweries within a short drive. Highly recommend staying at the Sheridan House if coming to Penn Yan!”

“Great location for visiting our kid at HWS. Can walk to campus and downtown. A little pricey for what it is but you pay for the convenience I guess vs. staying at the hotels that are further from campus and/or downtown. ”
