The condo was beautiful, well loved and maintained by the owners. However, the check in process was one of the worst we’ve ever experienced. We were initially told the condo would be ready by 4pm, then at 5pm told it would not be until 7:30 pm. I complained and was issued a $60 credit for food/ beverages, I would have preferred access to the condo over the credit. It was very inconvenient bc we brought food for my son who has gluten allergies and was not able to refrigerate the items until we had access to the condo.
The management office ( in phase 2) was very accommodating when I gently complained. I recommended having extra staff clean the condo so it would be expedited which they did after learning about my son. It would have been nice to have access to refrigerate the food while it was being cleaned.
We have experienced this same issue for end unit condos in phase 1 and told management about it. The location of the unit will now be a consideration in future rentals for our family.
