“The overall experience was great . I had an issue with transportation. I chose his location because of your booking of the room said transportation was included. I waited for the code so I can go ahead and take part of the transportation from the airport to the hotel, and then back from the hotel to the airport . “This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems.
