“Delightful hotel with newly renovated rooms and a very nice lobby area with a lounge/library, bar, breakfast bar and sitting area. Small but adequate fitness center. Serafina restaurant opens into hotel for evening dining. Close to Zabars and Fairway and loads of local shops on Broadway and Amsterdam. Amsterdam from 79th to 96th is full of great restaurants and local bars. Heart of the Upper Westside. ”

“The location is perfect. One receptionist is ?very aggressive. Your hotel should definitely improves the training of the receptionists, or I am not staying here anymore.”

“I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think……
