The rooms are very clean! The staff are super friendly. Nice little bar area with good food. The hot tub is old and needs a good cleaning. I would not get in. Overall great for the price except for hot tub.

Phenomenal accommodations!!!

From check in to check out our stay was amazing! Destiny at the front desk was especially helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, modern and aesthetically pleasing. Will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent Stay

Very clean and spacious king suite. Front desk staff was terrific. Area felt safe. Parking was excellent. Free breakfast was a little sparse but we got there at 9:30 and it ended at 10 so that might be why. Overall very nice place and would stay again.

This is home from home.

This place is so nice. It's home away from home. The place was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful. They have nice appliances. The shower is a standup and don't leak water on the floor.

Property was conveniently located. Staff was professional and friendly. We traveled with out Labrador and everything that we’ve needed was available to us. However, the $100.00 surcharge per stay is high compare to other pet friendly hotels

The good: The hotel is in decent shape, the room was sizable and had amenities, the breakfast was quite good actually, the parking was ample. The bad: For some reason, water was difficult to heat - they ran out of hot water for tea and had to go to the hotel next door to get it. They also kept running out of coffee. The pool was late to open on Saturday morning (despite the fact staff knew a group of us were patiently waiting) and then completely out of commission for no apparent reason Sunday morning. The bartender just left at like 5:45 and never came back, abandoning the bar on a Saturday afternoon. Wanted to try a frozen drink at the bar but never got service. All in all, not the worst but far from the best.

Good place

Pretty good hotel, my main concerns are a reasonably clean, safe, quiet room with a working heater and this had them, plus blackout curtains, decent breakfast where the scrambled eggs weren't overly salted, and a location that didn't have a convenience store next door but did have a large mall a short walk away. There's also room for a few covered parking spots. Close to Lenovo Center, drove surface streets there 1 day and took a $1.25 bus the next. Live TV had 3 of the 4 NCAA tournament channels (only missing Tru) and I liked how the TV was free standing so the HDMI was very easily accessible (and also could rotate the TV to be viewable from the bed area or kitchen or living room area). Only minor things I would've liked are slippers and a pull up bar in the gym. I would stay here if I ever go to the NCAA tournament in Raleigh again.

Stayed in executive suite. Jacuzzi wonderful and smart tvs convenient. Continental breakfast ok. Lack of amenities a bit odd eg no grab bar in tub or shower, no hair dryer, mini keurig type thing but no cup or utensils. Room kept chilly and note not to mess with thermostat. Bed and sofa bed too firm so didn’t get much sleep. Would definitely stay again for jacuzzi tub and smart tv but bring my own coffee and pillow next time.

Every time we go to this hotel we need to change rooms. Something is always broken or not working. They need to revamp this hotel. The staff is wonderful but the rooms definitely need an upgrade as well as the lighting Being a Marriott member I would not stay at this hotel again due to rooms always having some kind of issue.
