From the living area you can access the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms on the first floor. On the second floor there are 3 further bedrooms and a large terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. You don't have to worry about additional contents either, as there are two exercise bikes available for sports enthusiasts, as well as table tennis for group activities.

There is a wide range of water sports activities on offer here. We recommend taking a romantic stroll along the promenade. In terms of location, Villa Borealis is an excellent starting point for excursions. Visit the historic city of Pula, where the enchanting Roman amphitheater is located. Many film events as well as cultural events and concerts are organized here. We also recommend a visit to the picturesque town of Rovinj. The special thing about the town is that the old town is located on a small peninsula. Explore the narrow streets of the town and enjoy your first cup of coffee in one of the many cafés.
