“I come here yearly with my children. We usually go in the summer for 3 nights. We did not go this summer so we decided to spend one night in October. They had trick or treating for the kids, meet and greets with some characters, waterpark was great as usual! ”

“We stumbled upon this place a couple years ago and now going in the fall has become an annual tradition. It’s such a fun place with so much to do on-site (pool, mini golf, we love the Brown Swan for dinner, smores kits, etc) and just a short walk into town for delicious coffee at 9 Mile and more good food. We’ve found some great hiking nearby too, and this time saw a bear on our drive up to the Buffalo farm which was an added bonus. The price has increased significantly since we went last year……

“The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective.”
