“The bedframe was damaged The shower was just leaking. There was no wall or anything. It was just leaking how to use multiple towels to clean up, they just changed the rules saying that you have to be 21 and up when we came here over 20 times being 18-20 now they changed the rule They charged me a $50 deposit. I never got refunded. They didn’t give me a reason why I tried to call the staff they don’t answer.”

“Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,……

“Perfect location for us! So much within walking distance. It was great to have more space than a traditional hotel room, as well as a full kitchen. Only negative is the noise. It is such a busy area and right in the hospital district, so sirens, traffic, and the bus stop on the street right outside the building made it very noisy all night. However, if you can sleep through noise - I'd highly recommend staying here!”
